Node.js Developer (Mid-Level)

Job Details:

• Location: Work From Home
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | might be assigned to work on a 5 PM to 2 AM (PH) or 9 PM to 6 AM (PH) schedule (must be amenable with both schedule)
• Timezone: CST
• Holidays: Philippine Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side network components using Node.js
• Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of databases and APIs
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers for seamless integration
• Write clean, testable, reusable, and efficient code
• Implement security protocols, data protection, and storage solutions
• Conduct diagnostic testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support
• Document Node.js processes, database schemas, and technical reports
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and processes
• Stay current with Node.js trends, tools, and best practices

Key Skills / Proficiencies

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and server-side development
• Experience with database performance optimization
• API development and backend integration experience
• Knowledge of security best practices and data protection
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills
