Principales responsabilités

  • Mettre en œuvre la feuille de route stratégique pour les alliances et les partenariats en accord avec les objectifs commerciaux.
  • Identifier des partenaires potentiels dans tous les secteurs et évaluer les opportunités de collaboration.
  • Négocier et finaliser les accords de partenariat, en veillant à la création de valeur mutuelle.
  • Gérer les relations avec les partenaires, en assurant le suivi des performances, la résolution des problèmes et l'amélioration continue.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (ventes, marketing, produits, juridique, etc.) pour garantir la mise en œuvre réussie des partenariats.
  • Surveiller les tendances du marché et les activités des concurrents afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités de partenariat.
  • Représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements sectoriels, de conférences et de réunions avec les partenaires.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive our strategic alliances and partnerships across the [Insert Region]. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution of the strategic roadmap for alliances and partnerships aligned with business goals.
  • Identify potential partners across industries and evaluate opportunities for collaboration.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring performance tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, etc.) to ensure successful partnership implementation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Qualifications

  • Maîtrise en commerce, stratégie ou dans un domaine connexe (MBA préféré).
  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans les partenariats stratégiques, les alliances ou le développement commercial dans le secteur des services financiers.
  • Compréhension approfondie des écosystèmes financiers, des environnements réglementaires et des technologies émergentes (par exemple, open banking, core banking, paiements numériques).
  • Bonne compréhension de la dynamique des marchés régionaux et des nuances culturelles.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de leadership, de négociation et de gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Expérience dans la gestion d'équipes régionales et le travail au sein d'une organisation mondiale matricielle.
  • Expérience avérée dans l'obtention de résultats grâce à des partenariats stratégiques.
  • Expérience de travail avec des équipes transfrontalières et de navigation dans des environnements réglementaires complexes.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within financial services.
  • Deep understanding of financial ecosystems, regulatory environments, and emerging technologies (e.g., open banking, core banking, digital payments).
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing regional teams and working in a matrixed global organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering results through strategic partnerships..
  • Experience working with cross-border teams and navigating complex regulatory landscapes
