As an Account Representative II at Sonoco, you will be responsible for coordinating direct sales activities, maintaining contact with accounts and prospective accounts, and seeking out new products and service opportunities. You will strive to enhance ThermoSafe's overall position in served markets and potential markets. The role involves cold calling, building a pipeline of qualified leads, and converting them into long-term customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role
- Strong track record of building and managing a sales territory
- Experience engaging with decision-makers and managing long sales cycles
- Background in cold chain packaging or a related industry
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
