Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the client in both professional and personal capacities. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media creation, booking travel, managing schedules, setting up calls, vendor communication, and creating and polishing presentation decks. This role requires proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft tools, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, family schedules, and calls.
- Book plane flights and handle travel arrangements.
- Conduct outreach and follow up with various vendors.
- Assist in the creation and organization of documentation.
- Draft and polish presentation decks using PowerPoint.
- Create and publish content on social media platforms.
- Experience in social media creation and management is preferred.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in social media creation and publishing is preferred.
- Ability to handle both professional and personal tasks with confidentiality and discretion.
- Highly proactive and able to work independently.
