Position: Merchant/Product Feed Specialist
Working Hours: M-F, 8 am - 6 pm, EDT (Eastern Time)
Salary: 1,250 - 2,000 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage product data, feeds, and catalogs across all sales channels, including marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Betty Mills, Zoro), websites, and platforms.
- Maintain and optimize product data integrity within our internal systems (e.g., BigCommerce, Extensiv, Google Merchant Center).
- Manage and optimize Google Shopping Merchant Center feeds to ensure compliance.
- Adjust product feeds to meet the specific requirements of different channels and portals.
- Manage, maintain, and deliver accurate product data (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing) across multiple marketplaces and websites.
- Analyze low-performing marketplace listings and recommend content improvements.
- Oversee product listings and product feeds, including inventory feed management.
- Act as a liaison with the e-commerce team to develop A+ and enhanced brand content strategy, layout, and execution.
- Monitor the health of the accounts for issues and opportunities, and take appropriate actions.
- Track and report sales metrics, summarizing them into dashboards.
- Adjust data structure to comply with different channel requirements, reformat data to appeal to different audiences, and add details to enhance customer trust.
- Sort data to meet category requirements and maintain accurate data governance.
- Ensure proper application of UPC/GTINs for all products.
- Collaborate with vendors to obtain accurate product shipping weights and dimensions.
- Work with dropship vendors to determine shipping warehouse addresses and update multi-origin shipping rules.
- Assist in manipulating data into structured PIM (Product Information Management) files.
