Position: Jr. Staff Accountant
Working Hours/Shift: M-F 8 am - 5 pm CST
Salary Range: 800 - 1400 USD / month

Job Overview:
As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our accounting department. You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial statements, overseeing accounts payable, and processing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements by participating in the necessary month-end close activities – i.e. reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and transaction processing.
Help manage intercompany accounts payable and receivable.
Conduct bank reconciliations and reconcile financial discrepancies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting procedures and use of financial software.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or currently pursuing.
Previous experience in accounting or a related financial role is preferred.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting in a GAAP environment.
Experience with inventory and revenue reconciliation best practices.
Proficiency in Quickbooks Online, Shopify, and Excel. Amazon A2X experience is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal. English native fluency required.
