The TerritoryManager will be responsible for providing service and developing sales in Quebec City and surrounding areas. This person will also be responsible for acquiring new clients in accordance with the regional strategy and sector growth plans, as well as ensuring preventive maintenance, emergency service, and installation support as needed in the territory. The Territory Manager will also need to develop relationships with distributors for assigned accounts in the dishwashing and laundry sectors.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop sales with existing clientele and acquire new accounts according to regional strategy
• Ensure preventive maintenance, emergency service, and installation support in the territory
• Develop sales representatives of assigned distributors (washing/laundry sector)
• Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce and execute the support plan for global and national accounts
• Ensure the territory's financial performance and train key customer teams
• Launch new products and promotions with assigned accounts

Required Qualifications
• Residence in Quebec City or surrounding areas

• High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in computer tools (email, Microsoft Office)
    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to move objects up to 16 kg and work in confined spaces
    • Experience in technical equipment maintenance
    • Professionalism, business acumen, and autonomy
    • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
    • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
    • Ability to plan, measure, and manage work independently
    • Energy, passion, and ability to influence
    • Flexibility for evening and weekend hours as needed

La ou le Gestionnaire de Territoire devra également développer les relations avec les distributeurs pour les comptes attribués dans le domaine du lavage de vaisselle et de la blanchisserie.

Principales responsabilités
• Développer les ventes auprès de la clientèle existante et acquérir de nouveaux comptes selon la stratégie régionale
• Assurer la maintenance préventive, le service d'urgence et le soutien à l'installation dans le territoire
• Développer les représentants(es) commerciaux des distributeurs attribués (secteur lavage/blanchisserie)
• Gérer l'entonnoir de vente dans Salesforce et exécuter le plan de soutien pour les comptes globaux et nationaux
• Assurer la performance financière du territoire et former les équipes clés de la clientèle
• Lancer de nouveaux produits et promotions auprès des comptes attribués

Qualifications requises
• Résidence dans la ville de Québec ou les environs
• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (courriel, Microsoft Office)

• Permis de conduire valide

  • Capacité à déplacer des objets jusqu'à 16 kg et à travailler dans des espaces restreints
    • Expérience en maintenance d'équipements techniques
    • Professionnalisme, sens commercial et autonomie
    • Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps, communication et organisation
    • Orientation service clientèle et aptitudes en négociation
    • Capacité à planifier, mesurer et gérer le travail de façon autonome
    • Énergie, passion et capacité d'influence
    • Flexibilité pour horaires de soir et de fin de semaine au besoin

The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,890.00 and 79,850.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
