PR Specialist - Junior

Overview:

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Junior PR Specialist to join our PR team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive communicator who is passionate about media, content creation, and international communications. This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their PR career who wants to gain hands-on experience across global markets and contribute to impactful public relations initiatives.

Purpose of the role:

You will support the execution of PR activities across multiple regions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of press materials, media updates, and reporting. Your mission is to assist PR managers in running campaigns, preparing content, coordinating visual materials, maintaining documentation, and helping track the effectiveness of our communications. This role will allow you to develop practical PR skills while contributing to strengthening SOFTSWISS’s presence in international media.

Key responsibilities:

• Crafting news pieces and posting content on the company website
• Creating UTM tags and distributing press releases
• Participate in launching massive PR campaigns for different markets
• Assisting PR managers with ongoing projects and ad hoc requests
• Preparing and maintaining reports on publications and collaborating with analysts to evaluate PR effectiveness
• Coordinating tasks related to visual materials for press releases and articles
• Managing awards submissions and tracking industry recognitions
• Updating media profiles and databases
• Handling documentation related to PR initiatives

Required Experience:

• 0,5+ years of experience in PR, communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Experience with PR tools such as Prowly, Newswire, or similar platforms is an advantage
• Knowledge of media monitoring tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive approach to work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
