About the role:

Softheon is looking for an outgoing and precise Client Relationship Coordinator to support the Client Executive teams with day-to-day responsibilities surrounding client operations. This person must have a very strong attention to detail in order to be able to efficiently take and review meeting minutes. This role will work with many other people both externally and internally. Success in this position will require someone who is willing to help out their team along with having excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements

You will:

• Coordinate internal and external meeting invites.
• Take and distribute meeting minutes internally and externally.
• Track timelines and resources for operational processes (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Track operational deliverables and action items through internal trackers and follow up.
• Manage time while tracking deliverables simultaneously.
• Must be able to communicate with ease with clients and Softheon employees.
• Must be able to form a positive and lasting relationship with customers.
• This candidate will need to think critically and proactively.
• Achieve goals consistently and efficiently.
• Must produce highly precise and accurate work.

You have:

• Bachelor’s in business administration or equivalent working experience
• Zero to two years’ work experience in a customer facing job.
• Previous experience taking meeting minutes or documenting.

• CRM experience is a plus

• Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented, agile environment.
• Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Must work Eastern time

• Travel 5% required

Salary - $55,000-$62,000
