Enterprise Cloud Network Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud network solutions ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Manage and optimize cloud network infrastructure, including VNETs, subnets, NSGs, routing, and connectivity across hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute network architecture roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance to ensure optimal connectivity and application performance.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, WAFs, and encryption protocols.
• Develop, document, and enforce network engineering standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and support to other engineers and IT stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging cloud networking technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network designs, configurations, and operational processes.
• Manage change control processes to ensure network stability, security, and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with organizational needs.

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, ITIL, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud network solutions across hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies, including OSPF, BGP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and load balancing.
• Experience with Azure cloud networking, Cisco Meraki, and other enterprise network solutions.
• Familiarity with web application firewalls (WAFs), load balancers, and networking for web and phone applications.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Ruby, or Perl.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities in team-oriented environments.
