About the Senior UI Path Engineer Role in LATAM (Remote)

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Senior UI Path Engineer to design, develop, and implement robust automation solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in automating business processes using UI Path, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Latin America, and bringing innovative automation to life.

Main Responsibilities - UI Path Engineering and Automation

• Analyse, design, and develop automation solutions using UI Path in line with business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and developers to ensure high-quality automation delivery.
• Optimise and enhance existing automations for reliability and scalability.
• Document and maintain technical processes, adhering to industry standards.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of RPA bots in production environments.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the automation and delivery teams.

What We’re Looking For in a Remote Senior UI Path Engineer

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with UI Path RPA development (ReFramework, Orchestrator, Studio, etc).
• Proficiency in process mapping, optimisation, and automation best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with at least one programming language (.NET, C#, or VB.NET preferred).
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish are a plus).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fully remote setups across LATAM.
• Certification in UI Path Developer (Advanced RPA Developer or RPA Associate) is a Must.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with other RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc).
• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Background in banking, fintech or similar highly automated industries.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies for RPA.
