Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Act as a liaison between Large Market, Partner Strategy, and the Field Sales Team; establish and optimize relationships with local/regional merchant leadership.
· Coordinate Large Market merchant prospecting, onboarding and training with Small-Business and Large-Market teams for Large Market rollouts.
· Work with Large-Market Sales VPs and Mid-Market Sales Directors to coordinate the efforts related to prospecting new Large-Market opportunities in Salesforce and other Project Management and Communication tools.
· Work with SAEs to share/report on field experience, identify areas for optimization, and support the delivery of reports/QBRs to local/regional merchant management.
· Work with CSMs to ensure individual store locations related to Large-Market partnerships receive dedicated service and attention regularly (visits, POP, marketing, training, etc.)
· Provide, when needed, updates on field training/visits/progress related to the support of Large-Market partners at various phases of the partner journey to Sales Leadership
· Provide Small-Business CSMs with updates on Large-Market partner cadence calls with those merchants
· Host recurring calls with CSMs - and provide email updates as necessary - to review/share partner performance and provide updates, reminders, announcements, etc. from partner leadership calls
· Distribute emails to CSMs to share performance metrics and essential updates regarding Large-Market partnerships.
· Act as a path of executive escalation for CSMs and partner store/regional management
· Follow-up with Sales team/Sales Leadership on leads/tasks assigned via Salesforce and work with Sales Leadership to ensure overall accountability
· Help execute initiatives around marketing, training, incentives, etc.
· Plan, organize and present at Leadership-Level group partner events/trainings, etc.
· Travel (~10%) to attend events, new hire training, Large-Market rollouts etc.
Requirements
· 5+ Years of previous Sales experience or Client Success Manager/Account Executive experience required
· Demonstratable experience utilizing Salesforce to manage Sales funnel activities and account activities
- Effectivefacilitator/presenter/trainer (1on1 or large group)
· Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
· Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills (written and verbal)
· Excellent working as part of a team and with several different key stakeholders throughout the organization
· Effective organizational skills
