What you'll be doing...
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the design and delivery of complex data solutions, including data warehouse builds and migrations
- Managing small teams or workstreams, delegating effectively, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across all deliverables
- Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and aligning technical solutions with business goals
- Anticipating project risks, introducing contingency plans, and balancing the needs of clients, teams, and timelines
- Coaching junior consultants, providing feedback, and supporting their development through hands-on guidance
- Contributing to internal initiatives, sharing knowledge, and helping shape delivery best practices across the team
- Leading the delivery of a data warehouse migration or greenfield build
- Coaching a junior consultant through their first project
- Receiving strong client feedback on your leadership and communication
What you'll need to succeed...
You might be a great fit if you have:
- Strong experience in data warehousing (ideally Snowflake), SQL, and ETL tools (ideally Matillion)
- Experience designing data models and leading technical delivery
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- A commercial mindset and ability to align data work with business goals
- A purely hands-on technical role without leadership or client-facing responsibilities
- A role focused on data science or theoretical analytics
