Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, technical program management, or engineering management roles
- 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience (backend, frontend, or full-stack)
- Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and sprint execution
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams (AI/ML, Backend, Frontend, DevOps)
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, Monday.com)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to deliver complex software projects in fast-paced SaaS or startup environments
