Smadex is seeking a Client Growth Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of clients across North America, driving measurable revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and unlocking new scale opportunities through cross-sells and up-sells.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of Account Management, Client Growth, or equivalent experience
  • Strong programmatic knowledge including MMPs, tracking links, postbacks, APIs, SKAN/ATT, and DSP/SSP ecosystem familiarity
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Analytical strength and operational discipline
  • Proactive, self-motivated growth mindset
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence in managing client expectations
  • Comfort working across global time zones (particularly Smadex Barcelona HQ) and collaborating with multicultural teams
  • Ability and willingness to travel (valid passport required)
