Slice is a technology company that empowers local pizzerias with the tools and services they need to compete with major franchises. The company is looking for a Lead Product Manager to spearhead product development in the Consumer Commerce team, which focuses on topline revenue generation for shop partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in commerce or consumer marketplace domains
  • Deep customer-centricity, empathy for small business owners, and frontline operators
  • Thinks like a founder: takes end-to-end ownership from opportunity identification through to measurable results
  • Moves with urgency and clarity in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Proven track record of delivering business outcomes (revenue, retention, growth)
  • Direct line management experience of Product Managers
  • Highly analytical: comfortable forming hypotheses from data and designing structured experiments to test them
  • Fluent in agile software development and experienced working closely with Engineering
  • Strong product judgment with the confidence to make hard trade-offs and defend clear priorities
  • Passionate about Design Thinking and partnering strategically with Product Design
