India onlySleek is looking for a Product Experience Engineer to lead the development of Sleek’s customer-facing digital experiences and growth-driven microsites. The role blends frontend engineering, performance optimization, and marketing automation to ensure that Sleek’s web properties are fast, discoverable, analytics-integrated, and optimized for conversion.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4–6 years of total engineering experience, with 1–2 years specifically embedded within Marketing or Growth Engineering functions
- Strong frontend engineering mastery with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Experience in SCSS for high-fidelity UI and TailwindCSS or Chakra UI
- Deep experience in SEO and performance optimization, with a proven track record of maintaining Lighthouse scores of 90+
- Strong integration capability with modern CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful, or Strapi) and advanced analytics stacks, including Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Proven cross-functional delivery of data-driven, SEO-friendly web applications
