Requirements

• Community Management: Proven hands-on experience launching, growing, moderating, and scaling online or hybrid communities.
• Project Management: Ability to lead initiatives end-to-end — from ideation and task definition to execution and measurable outcomes.
• Systems & Analytical Thinking: Ability to see community as a system and make data-informed decisions.
• Process & Structure Building: Experience creating timelines, content plans, recurring activity rhythms, and internal workflows.
• Moderation & Operational Management: Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining community standards and quality.
• Content Mindset: Strong writing skills and ability to design engagement scenarios, announcements, discussion formats, and educational content.
• Community Data & Metrics: Ability to analyze engagement, participation, UGC, event involvement, and basic retention metrics.
• AI Fluency: Advanced proficiency in at least two AI tools for marketing, research, productivity, or related areas.
