We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Cloud Manager to lead our Azure and Microsoft 365 teams. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Engineering and hands-on experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS services, as well as 2+ years of people leadership experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive professional experience in Engineering and hands-on experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS services with a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience being a hands on player / coach
- Robust knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, GitHub Actions, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Node.js).
- Experience with AKS, Kubernetes, and GitOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Defender for Cloud.
- Deep understanding of cloud security, identity management, and cost governance.
- Experience managing M365 services and administration portals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Defender for M365, and compliance center.
- Understanding of hybrid identity (Azure AD Connect, Entra ID) and conditional access policies.
- Experience with Intune and endpoint management is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic planning and team development.

- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to manage identity, access, and data protection.
- Lead M365 adoption initiatives and support end-user enablement and training.
- Monitor service health, usage analytics, and license optimization.
