Job Summary:

As a Career Coach, you will guide clients through their career development, helping them to clarify goals, enhance skills, and navigate job search processes effectively. You will work closely with clients to develop action plans, provide guidance on resume building, interview techniques, and career transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions to assess clients' strengths, goals, and career paths.
• Develop customized career development plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide advice on job search strategies, resume and cover letter writing, and interview preparation.
• Support clients through career transitions and professional growth opportunities.
• Stay informed about labor market trends and skills in demand.
• Maintain accurate documentation of coaching sessions and client progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in career coaching, mentorship, or related counseling roles.
• Strong knowledge of job search processes, resume writing, and interview preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate others.
• Proficiency with career development tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and job boards.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple client caseloads effectively.
