Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Academic Advising, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in academic advising or student support services
- Strong knowledge of academic programs, degree requirements, and student development theories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse student populations
- Proficient with advising software, student information systems, and Microsoft Office
