SiteMinder is seeking an Engineering Manager to drive the technical execution of the company's flagship portfolio. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, develop and coach team members, and contribute to wider engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience leading and managing technical teams in a software/SAAS environment
- Demonstrated experience leading technically complex projects
- Experience in hiring, evaluating the performance, and developing the skills and careers of software engineers
- In-depth understanding of agile software development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Competent level knowledge of project and change management principles and methodologies; scope, timeline, budgets
- Experience with a geographically distributed teams and international experience would be highly advantageous
- Understanding and demonstrable experience of high-volume real-time systems would be highly regarded.
