Senior Manager, Solutions Management

JOB DUTIES:

Make decisions across a wide array of Singtel’s product packages (including new and existing products and services) and Singtel’s technical capabilities to deliver according to various target times, in order to develop necessary capabilities and features by conducting: Proof of concepts; Network design; User acceptance tests, UATs; Implementations; Maintenances/upgrades, and Performance Management. Provide Pre-Sales Technical Solutions and Consultancy (involving Singtel’s product packages) for Singtel's Customers throughout the entire sales process, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to help in the retention of customers. Design and consult on IP PBX[1] and VC Technical Solutions using Singtel’s technology, for Singtel’s Managed Services customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Design and consult on evolving technologies such as SDWAN, IOT, Cloud, 5G/Satellite technologies using Singtel products for enterprise customers. Throughout the sales process, work with Global Partners (Principals, System Integrators and Distributors) and specifically in APAC region which are unique in every country and deliver end-to-end solutions based on Singtel’s product packages, for corporate customers and negotiate project specific discounts. For Singtel’s ICT Solutions packages, develop the technical design and architecture to conform to technical constraints, while achieving resiliency and cost effectiveness--in order to win proposals or bids/tenders. Communicate strengths of the proposals—while highlighting the positive features of Singtel’s products and delivery--to customers. Generate Bill of Material for Singtel’s voice and video conferencing solutions, detailing the technology to be provided and conforming to Singtel’s sales policies. Work with stakeholders (e.g., presales managers and operations) and partners to ensure that all aspects of the solution are technologically supportable; that relevant costings are included in sales proposals to customers; and that costs are optimized to maximize competitiveness. Ensure an optimized architectural footprint for future expansion of Singtel’s solutions to integrate additional Singtel product packages--from an IT, technical setup/constraints, and operational perspective--and integration potential with communication networks. Ensure high quality ICT documentation (e.g. Statement of Works, customization records, etc.) are created for all proposals, pursuant to Singtel’s detailed presales and post-sales procedures and policies. Prepare win / loss analysis for proposals / bids / tenders submitted to facilitate continuous improvement of networks designed--pursuant to Singtel’s detailed presales and post-sales procedures and policies. Travel 5-6 times per year to visit client sites in the U.S. **May telecommute from any location in the U.S.

MIN. REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or closely related field. 5 years of work experience asSenior Solutions Manager, Solutions Manager, Network Engineer, Programmer/Analyst, Platform Architect and/or closely related position.

SALARY:$202,000/year
