Integrations Senior Manager

As Integrations Senior Manager, you will lead a 17-person team across LATAM and India to build technical integrations for banking, payments, and retail clients, driving NRR and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical integrations, implementation engineering, or service delivery for enterprise B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated strength in technical troubleshooting and complex problem-solving
• Experience delivering integrations within the payments ecosystem (including processors, acquirers, aggregators, card networks, and banking APIs)
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs and actionable execution plans
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, capable of guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Trilingual proficiency: English, Spanish, and Portuguese
