Ready to bring your data analytics and automation skills to the Department of Homeland Security with a dash of humor? As the Data Analytics and Automation Senior Consultant, you'll be the go-to person for all things data and automation, with a side of laughs.
Problem-Solving Prodigy: Develop and apply individualized approaches for problem-solving in data analytics and automation. You'll be like a data detective, solving mysteries in management, IT, finance, accounting, auditing, cost estimating, and risk analysis. Think Sherlock Holmes, but with spreadsheets!
Automation Ace: Assist with the development, operation, and maintenance of automated solutions. Help process owners identify effective solutions and turn them into project milestones. Track action items from remediation meetings and provide status reports to executive leadership. You'll be the automation wizard, making magic happen with data!
Communication Connoisseur: Engage in open, direct, candid, constructive, and regular exchanges of information between engagement team members and the government. Your communication skills will be so effective, you'll make magic happen across teams and government.
Requirements
- Fitness Buff: Currently hold, or able to obtain and maintain, DHS fitness determination. No, you don't need to run a marathon, but staying fit is a plus!
- Degree Holder: Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or applicable related field, or be a Certified Public Accountant. Basically, you need to be smart and have a fancy degree.
- Subject Matter Expert: Must possess demonstrated expertise of 5 or more years in data analytics and automation. You'll be the Yoda of designing and documenting internal control testing methodology, developing data analytics in a software platform, and improving data quality across business processes.
- Tech Savvy: Be familiar with UiPath Studio, Microsoft Power Automate, and Diligent Audit Command Language (ACL). You'll be the tech wizard who can make these tools dance!
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
