Problem-Solving Extraordinaire: You'll consistently anticipate and solve unusual or complex problems like a detective on a mission, analyzing root causes and spotting key connections that others might miss. Think Sherlock Holmes, but with data!
Team Captain: Manage or direct multiple work groups like a coach leading a championship team, ensuring results are delivered to the government. You'll independently define measurable outcomes that advance CISA's internal control goals and direction. Score!
Insightful Guru: Provide insightful responses to government requests in a timely manner, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality products. You'll be the go-to person for wisdom and knowledge, like a wise old sage (but younger and cooler).
Communication Wizard: Engage in open, direct, candid, constructive, and regular exchanges of information between engagement team members and the government. Your communication skills will be so effective, you'll make magic happen across teams and government.
Requirements
- Degree Holder: Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or applicable related field, or be a Certified Public Accountant. Basically, you need to be smart and have a fancy degree.
- Subject Matter Expert: Must possess demonstrated expertise of 8 or more years in data analytics and automation. You'll be the Yoda of designing and documenting internal control testing methodology, developing data analytics in a software platform, and improving data quality across business processes.
- Tech Savvy: Be familiar with UiPath Studio, Microsoft Power Automate, and Diligent Audit Command Language (ACL). You'll be the tech wizard who can make these tools dance!

At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
