This pivotal role involves overseeing the payroll operations for a diverse workforce of more than 800 employees. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in payroll management, along with the ability to navigate the complexities of a multi-company structure while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and confidentiality.

Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional HR Certifications is preferred.
- Experience using Humanic and Fidelity is preferred.
Essential Job Responsibilities (not all-inclusive)
- Manages and administers multi-company, multi-state payroll for over 800+/- employees.
- Administers 401k plan.
- Administers garnishments.
- Interacts with employees.
- Works with HR for employee training, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Assists accounting staff with account reconciliations.
- Responds to questions for adhoc reports from management.
- Works with third party payroll provider to process payroll and maintain employer tax and agency accounts.
- Participates in annual financial audits supporting payroll testing.
- Leads annual 401k audit.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually.
