What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles.

• Experience building and leading distributed teams.

• Mastery of modern software development, with a strong background in AI and cloud services.

• Adept in agile methodologies and passionate about building scalable, customer-focused SaaS solutions.
