At Sidekick Health, you will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within our Commercial Tech team, focused on acquiring users and scaling our digital health products. We are looking for a hands-on Growth Data Scientist (f/m/d) who thrives in multidisciplinary teams and enjoys wearing many hats. In this role, you’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and marketers to uncover insights, build scoring models, optimize experiments, and ensure the data flows seamlessly across our systems.Das erwartet dich bei uns
Design, build, and continuously improve lead scoring models to help us identify and prioritize the most promising users.
Set up and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to help the team learn quickly and make data-informed growth decisions.
Improve tracking and attribution, ensuring that campaign performance is correctly measured across the funnel — from click to conversion.
Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into performance, funnel conversion rates, and experiment outcomes.
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to send conversion and attribution signals to advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google), enabling performance optimization and remarketing.
Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to build analytics infrastructure and ensure clean, reliable tracking across our systems.
Review queries and scripts from teammates and provide feedback to ensure data quality and performance.
Participate in team rituals and discovery processes, helping shape how we define and measure success in our user acquisition funnels.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience working in growth, marketing analytics, or data science roles, ideally in high-velocity, cross-functional teams.
Mastery of SQL — you’re confident writing advanced queries, debugging issues, and improving performance.
Proficient in Python, especially for data analysis, statistical modeling, and pipeline automation.
Experience designing and validating lead scoring or predictive models that drive business decisions.
Deep understanding of A/B testing frameworks and experimental design, including statistical significance and confidence intervals.
Familiarity with marketing data flows, including attribution models, campaign tracking, and event-based analytics.
Experience working with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you enjoy working alongside developers, marketers, and product people.Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience setting up or reviewing frontend tracking and instrumentation
Exposure to ad tech ecosystems, including sending events to platforms like Meta or Google Ads.
Familiarity with tools like Matomo, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Braze.
