At the heart of what we do is a culture of empowerment and innovation. Founded by Aaron Rubin in 2013, ShipHero emerged from a personal need in the eCommerce space, transforming the shipping and warehouse management experience. Originally started to tackle the inefficiencies faced while running his own DTC brand, Aaron created a robust Warehouse Management System (WMS) to simplify the complex processes of warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping.

Today, our commitment to excellence drives us to support over 5,000 eCommerce brands and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) with top-notch software solutions and outsourced fulfillment services. We aim to be the trusted partner that eCommerce businesses can rely on for their shipping needs. Our goal is to make it easy for our customers to deliver exceptional service to their consumers while ensuring we adhere to our values of honesty, purpose, and tenacity. We pride ourselves in being a diverse and global team that works together to push boundaries and grow alongside our clients. Ultimately, when our customers succeed, so do we, and that principle is embedded in our culture.
