ShipBob is seeking a People Services Coordinator to join their Team. The role involves responding to employee inquiries, participating in projects aimed at improving HR processes and the employee experience, and providing timely and accurate information to team members. This is a key member of the People team, focusing on creating an engaging culture and influencing workplace experience.
Requirements
- Monitoring and maintaining the People Service Center (PSC) queue.
- Delivering accurate, timely and comprehensive responses to employee inquiries.
- Reviewing and evaluating escalations from other teams.
- Assigning and checking in with ticket assignees.
- Documenting ticket statuses and communications.
- Enhancing self-service capabilities of the People Service Center.
- Collaborating with Centers of Excellence.
- Ensuring data accuracy in employee records.
- Acting as an empathetic and helpful employee representative.
- Independent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
