We are seeking a Training Manager to participate in defining the training policy in line with the company's strategic objectives and in compliance with legal obligations in the field of training.
Requirements
- Master's degree in HR, Training Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in designing and deploying multi-modal training paths
- Solid knowledge of Human Resources and expertise in the legal and regulatory framework of vocational training and its funding mechanisms
- Autonomy in data processing with Microsoft tools and practice collaborative communication tools (Teams...)
