Finance Senior Analyst
Virtual- Candidate in Eastern Standard Timezone preferred.

Do you have experience in Finance and want to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the Finance Senior Analyst role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by providing consolidated reporting, analysis, and budgeting/forecasting for the entire company.
- Develop and maintain the company’s long-term financial model, along with scenario analysis
- Assist with a high-level review of the Network budget and forecasts
- Develop dashboards and key metrics to monitor the financial performance of an Operating Group
- Review and analyze financial results and recommend steps to deal with variances
- Analyzes, evaluates and interprets data – actual to budget, forecast and LTM
- Participates in special projects
- Prepares ad hoc analysis for management
- Work with corporate leaders to budget, forecast, and analyze their departmental costs
- Review and assist with monthly reporting for operating group and/or monthly executive reviews
- Drive consistency and standardization of all Operating Groups reporting and metrics to allow for value-added analysis
- Prepare service line analysis to allow for better operational decision making
- Manage project plans and prepare project documentation; analyze current processes and recommend solutions/improvements
- Provide the financial analysis needed for Executive management
- Recommend process enhancements to ongoing initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the finance team and the company’s business partners
- Maintain an effective control environment for the accounting operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in health care and human services
- Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience
- Experience with Oracle or other large ERP system
- Experience with business reviews/business metrics analysis, Hyperion Planning & Reporting/Essbase, or similar packages preferred
- Experience with CPT Codes
- Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks Effective verbal and written communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
- Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate banking services
- Skillful data analysis, critical thinking, and strong financial acumen
