Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for children and young adults. Bring therapy directly into children's homes and make a lasting impact! We're seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric OT to deliver in-home therapy, helping children reach developmental milestones, build daily living skills, and thrive in their everyday lives. Enjoy the flexibility of home visits while empowering families and making a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Work Hours: After-school caseloads, 3–7 pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility as needed

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development

  • Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting skill carryover across environments

  • Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful outcomes for each child

  • Recommend adaptive equipment and train families on proper use and integration into daily routines

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports

  • Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home

  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Active Occupational Therapy license (OT/L) in Texas

  • One year experience in Allied Health Services preferred

  • Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
