We are looking for a Talent Program Manager to join our Talent Management team. The successful candidate will operate as a strategic builder, owning the end-to-end employee experience for our critical talent development products. They will define and drive the talent development roadmap, build programs from 0 to 1, and apply a data-driven product mindset to drive program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build programs from the ground up
- Ability to move from a 10,000-foot strategy view to hands-on execution
- Track record of moving beyond surface fixes by digging into root causes and designing thoughtful, scalable, and impactful solutions
- Experience using both qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate program effectiveness, drive adoption, and inform continuous iteration
- Proven success in aligning diverse stakeholders through clear communication, strong rationale, and trust
- Experience working in a fully remote or distributed environment
- Prior experience specifically working within a Talent Management, L&D, or People Operations function
- Familiarity with modern HR or L&D tooling/technology platforms
- Live and/or virtual facilitation experience leading others through learning and/or development programs
