The Sr CRM Account Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's CRM products into Enterprise customers. This role supports the strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas and requires 7+ years of knowledge on return on investment of CRM to lead solution win.
Requirements
- Current Location in Atlanta GA or Southeast preferred
- 7+ years knowledge on return on investment of CRM to lead solution win
- Experience as an AE, or in alternative sales/ customer service role
- Understanding of business sales processes
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
