The company is looking for a Sr. Director of Hardware Engineering to lead and mentor a team of engineers, oversee design and development of complex hardware systems, and play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of the robotics roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years in electrical engineering
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 15+ engineers
- Proven track record of shipping motion robotics, drones, or similar mechatronic systems
- Strong background in PCB design, embedded systems, sensors, and robotics hardware
