We are currently searching for a Technical Architect JD:

Responsibilities:

• Design complex technical architectures to address business requirements, including system configurations for hardware, software, and messaging.
• Solve high-level technical problems where existing solutions may not apply, necessitating the creation of new ways of working or technologies.
• Provide innovative designs and integration strategies for new and existing systems, applying advanced technical capabilities.
• Oversee implementation and provide coaching to development teams during blueprinting and implementation phases.
• Lead tool evaluation efforts, defining criteria and identifying solutions to maximize value from IT products.
• Ensure architectural compliance by reviewing and developing due diligence for developed solutions.
• Contribute to development standards to promote optimization, code modularization, and consistency.
• Manage stakeholder buy-in by working across multidisciplinary teams to deliver simple, user-centric systems.

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of applied experience in software engineering and technical architecture.
• Proven track record of "owning" the design of major, large-scale application components or software architectures.
• Expertise in building mission-critical, 24x7 production systems and deep knowledge of distributed systems and web services.
• Strong background in the Microsoft .NET platform and responsive UI technologies (e.g., ReactJS, Angular).
• Hands-on experience building Cloud-native solutions, with a strong preference for Microsoft Azure.
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams, including onshore, remote, and offshore resources.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Working knowledge of REST and RPC service patterns and other client/server interaction models.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Desired:

• Azure Cloud Certified.
• Pivotal Certified.
• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) certification.
• Exposure to project management principles and agile methodologies.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
