We are currently searching for a Servicenow Developer :

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Design backend APIs, data structures, and integrations to support content delivery and search.
• Troubleshoot issues across content pipelines and identify root causes across system components.
• Work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.
• (For AI/ML Engineers) Apply experience in AI/ML within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of total software or platform development experience, including 5+ years hands-on with ServiceNow.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and core ServiceNow backend development.
• Experience designing integrations (REST/SOAP) and backend structures.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and perform platform-specific troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
