We are currently searching for a Program Manager-SAP Background:
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex programs and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Guide and motivate diverse teams through strong leadership and strategic direction.
- Engage with stakeholders using excellent verbal and written communication to provide program updates and alignment.
- Identify complex problems, resolve internal conflicts, and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously by applying high-level organizational and time management skills.
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Program Management specifically within the IT/ERP sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strategic thinking capabilities to align program activities with long-term business objectives.
- Expert-level leadership and team coordination skills.
Desired:
- Background in SAP environments.
- Experience within the Manufacturing industry.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
