We are currently searching for a Gen AI Developer:

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end Gen AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Build complex business applications including Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, and Power Pages, while managing platform limitations.
• Orchestrate agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph for advanced AI capabilities.
• Automate processes across cloud and desktop environments using Power Automate and Power BI.
• Manage environment governance and security through the CoE toolkit and tenant-level controls.
• Integrate diverse data sources using Dataverse, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL.
• Deliver maintainable, well-documented code and mentor junior developers in an Agile/DevOps environment.
• Execute Object-Oriented programming tasks within a C#, Java, or .NET stack to support platform extensions.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in application development with a minimum of 4 years hands-on Power Platform and Copilot experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Automate, BI).
• Proficiency in AI Builder and Dataverse security/automation concepts.
• Technical knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph for AI agent orchestration.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS (SQL) and integration technologies (REST APIs).
• Experience with OOP (C#, Java, or .NET stack).
• Mandatory Certification: PL-400 (Microsoft Power Platform Developer) or PL-600 (Solution Architect).
• Azure AI Foundry (formerly AI Studio) knowledge.

Desired:

• Experience with A2A (Application to Application) integration.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling and CI/CD for Power Platform.
• Advanced knowledge of tenant-level security and governance.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
