SELECT is seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative to own the outbound process, generating leads, booking demos with compliance teams, and contributing to the company's growth. This is a highly autonomous role within a rapidly growing, inbound-driven organization. The position offers both equity and a chance to quickly take on full sales responsibility.
Requirements
- Experience in BDR/SDR in SaaS with technical buyer experience.
- Ability to consistently work hard and build out outbound programs.
- Highly autonomous and self-motivated.
- Building outbound programs from scratch or optimizing existing ones.
- Knowledge of Snowplap/Databricks or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to juggle multiple tools and prioritize tasks.
