Du evaluierst und steuerst die Bearbeitung von Vergabeverfahren und Ausschreibungen.
Du unterstützt bei der Angebotserstellung unter Einbeziehung aller relevanten Stakeholder und bist im ständigen Austausch mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern.
Du entwickelst eine Strategie für jedes Angebot, um unsere Erfolgschancen zu maximieren und schnürst unschlagbare Angebotspakete - kaufmännisch sowie fachlich.
Du kannst unter hohem Qualitätsstandard Fristen und formale Vorgaben einhalten.

das bringst du mit

Ein abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Koordination von Angeboten und Ausschreibungen, vorzugsweise im IT-Dienstleistungsumfeld
Freude am Aufbereiten von individuellen Ausschreibungstexten
Ausgezeichnete organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten
Sehr gute Kenntnisse gängiger Vertragsformen (z.B. Werkverträge, Dienstverträge); vorteilhaft sind Erfahrungen mit EVB-IT-Vertragsmustern
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2 oder Muttersprache)
