Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Completed commercial training or a Bachelor's degree
- Strong German skills (C2 level) and strong English skills
- Confidence in cold calling and proactive outbound outreach
- High energy, persistence, and comfort with rejection
- A structured and disciplined working style
- A data-driven mindset and comfort working with KPIs
