The RoleWe’re looking for an all-star part-time Restaurant Onboarding Specialist to join our quickly growing Restaurant Success Team here at Seated. Ultimately, you’ll be directly involved in maintaining our partnerships by providing unparalleled customer support for the restaurants we work with as they begin their partnership with Seated.
As the Restaurant Onboarding Specialist, you’ll work 30 hours per week and be laser-focused on ensuring that our partners have the best experience possible getting onboarded onto the platform.
What you'll do
- Ensure new partners are onboarded quickly and efficiently, from Profile Creation to QA to Go-live.
- Conduct onboarding calls with new restaurant partners, answering their questions, gathering information, and ensuring they are fully educated on Seated when going live on the platform.
- Be the voice of Seated for new partners.
- Manage partner inquiries during the onboarding process.
- Recommend and implement changes related to the onboarding process.
What you'll bring
- Self-starter and problem-solver mindset with ability to juggle multiple things at once
- 2+ years experience, ideally in a Support or Account Management role
- Expertise in CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Friendly, authentic, patient, and empathetic
- Analytical mind and ability to manipulate data to answer customer questions
- Experience working in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred but not required
What you'll get
- This is a part-time role, with an expected commitment of 30 hours per week.
- The first 10 hours of your employment will serve as a probationary period. This time will be dedicated to essential training and shadowing opportunities to help you get acquainted with your role and our team. Compensation during this probationary period will be $25 per hour.
- Upon successful completion of the 10-hour probationary period, your compensation will transition to the local minimum wage, supplemented by a bonus for each successful onboard you complete.
- Please note that this role is not eligible for company benefits.
