About the role

We’re looking for a BI / Data Analyst who will help us turn data into clear insights and better decisions.

In this role, you’ll work closely with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to understand what’s happening in the business - and more importantly, why. You’ll build dashboards, run analyses, and help us shape a more data-driven culture.

This is a hands-on role with real impact: your work will directly influence how we grow.

Tasks

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
  • Monitor key metrics and share regular performance updates
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
  • Calculate and forecast key business metrics (run rate, margins, ROI)
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to support product and business decisions
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to define data needs
  • Ensure data accuracy through validation and cleaning
  • Identify gaps in data and suggest improvements in tracking and collection

Tech stack

  • SQL (BigQuery / PostgreSQL)
  • Python (Pandas, NumPy)
  • Google BigQuery
  • Google Sheets
  • Looker Studio (or similar BI tools)
  • PostHog will be a plus

Requirements

Who you are

  • 2–3 years of experience as a BI / Data Analyst
  • Strong experience with SQL-based data warehouses (especially BigQuery)
  • Confident with Python for data analysis
  • Comfortable working with BI tools and building dashboards from scratch
  • Solid understanding of business metrics (ROI, Gross Margin, etc.)
  • Strong in Google Sheets (Apps Script is a plus)
  • Able to explain complex data in a simple way to non-technical teams
  • Understand statistical significance, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in Russian

Requirements

  • Based outside of Russia and Belarus
  • Available to work within a European time zone (Portugal preferred)

Benefits

  • Fully remote work from anywhere in the world.
  • Flexible working hours aligned with team processes.
  • An international team building a product for the global market.
  • Compensation tied to EUR, discussed individually.
  • Team offsite events, including an annual yacht regatta.
  • Clear communication, minimal bureaucracy, and a collaborative international environment
  • The opportunity to shape financial processes and reporting — not by rigid templates, but in a way that is truly efficient and practical

Why join us

  • Real ownership and impact — your work will directly influence decisions
  • Small, fast-moving team without бюрократии
  • Opportunity to shape analytics processes and culture
  • International environment and product
