Senior Consultant Successfactors EC

Make a difference as a driving force behind digital HR transformation as a Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant at SD Worx. You will translate complex HR challenges into smart, scalable solutions within SuccessFactors and build long-term partnerships with customers.

Requirements

• 4 years or more experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central
• Knowledge of Onboarding, Time, Compensation is a plus
• Strong in EC configuration and HR process optimization within SuccessFactors
• Analytical and communicative skills, with a focus on cooperation and problem-solving
• At least one SuccessFactors certificate
• Fluent in Dutch and English
