Must-Have Requirements:
- Experience as a software engineer and 1–2 years of experience with AI/assisted development tools.
- Proven experience building and shipping production-ready software products
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including code quality, system design, and debugging
- Ability to translate high-level or loosely defined product ideas into working, testable solutions
- Product mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Replit, V0, Bolt, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar)
- Strong judgment in reviewing, validating, and refining AI-assisted code before production use
- Clear ownership of architecture, correctness, performance, and technical decisions
- Ability to work effectively in fully remote, asynchronous teams
- English C1 business proficiency (spoken and written)
- Reliable home workstation and stable internet connection
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-led, or startup environments
- Full-stack experience (frontend, backend, APIs, databases)
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping and iterative product development
- Exposure to AI-assisted workflows beyond basic code generation
