Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR recruitment, or full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent written and verbal English for client-facing and internal messaging
- Prioritization & Judgment: Comfortable triaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and escalating only when necessary
- Organization: Detail-oriented, able to track dozens of moving parts in parallel
