Looking for a Mid+/ Senior UX/ UI Designer who will work with interesting and challenging products and clients from the USA and Europe.

Day to day/Tasks on the Project:
- Discussing the scope of work with a client;
- Conduct user research and gather insights from all the stakeholders;
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions;
- Develop intuitive and user-centered UI designs that reflect the brand's identity and enhance overall usability;
- Design user flows and interaction models that optimize user journeys and drive seamless navigation;
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders ensuring continuous improvement;
- Analyzing current web or mobile applications and providing suggestions on how to improve UX/UI of it;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and incorporate them into your work.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a UX/UI designer role;
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant work;
- Expertise in complex technical Web/ Mobile application design processes;
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro;
- Ability to understand the needs of a client;
- Ability to commit to 15-20 hours per week on the Scale3C Projects;
- SaaS knowledge- would be a plus;
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished and visually appealing designs;
- Fluency in English.
